John Foster - President/Owner

John has spent most of his business career selling homes and making customers happy with quality and affordable housing. With over 40 years in the housing industry, he values our customers and is committed to earning their respect by making sure they get what they pay for. He prides himself on the customers who come back over and over to purchase homes from him or who refer their friends and family members to us. In a small community, this speaks volumes in how he has continued to have satisfied customers over the 4 decades he has provided superior and sound quality homes.



  
C. Ruxton  Bobbitt, Jr.  -  General Manager

Ruxton has been involved in the housing and real estate business for twenty-one years. He shares his experience with customers in assisting them to find just the right home that fits their needs. He thrives on walking his customers through the home-buying process from finding just the right floorplan at the right price, to assisting with financing, and finally sharing the special moment of seeing the look on the customer.

Butch  Brummitt - Construction Manager

Having spent 10 years as an independent licensed set-up contractor, Butch joined us over 15 years ago and we value his experience and knowledge in the construction field. He also has his general contractor.



  
Kim  Brummitt - Vice President/Insurance Agent
Kim has over 30 years in experience in the housing industry and helps to keep our business running smoothly. She mostly works behind the scenes handling administrative duties. However, she does hold her insurance license and offers affordable home insurance to our customers.

  
Karen  Bobbitt - Secretary
Karen has worked with Mr. Foster since the first day the company was incorporated and has worked in the housing business for over 30 years. She works more in the background handling administrative duties. Occasionally she will be invited to work with contracts, etc. with customers.
